Renewal Compensation payment

Manulife Financial will automatically continue to pay renewal commissions for Manulife and former Maritime Life, Commercial Union, Aetna and Financial Life Assurance Company business based on Equinox banking information, so you do not need to take any action. Other Insurance Company Partners may require banking information or other direction from you in order to continue payment, so please contact your MGA.

Inquiries

If you are an advisor previously contracted with Equinox, please contact your MGA or Marketing Centre for information.

• 2007 tax slips will be distributed in early 2008 to your last known address on the Equinox compensation system.

• For compensation inquiries, please contact your MGA or Marketing Centre as they have access to your historical commission data since January 2004 and will contact the insurance supplier directly if follow up is required.

• For unresolved payment issues, call 1-888-802-8880. You will be asked to supply written details from the insurance supplier of the specific transactions and confirming that payment was originally made to Equinox, along with copies of your commission statements for the dates in question.

• For credit balance inquiries, please call 1-888-802-8880 and provide your name, current address (including province), Equinox I-reference number (as shown on the top right-hand corner of your Equinox commission statement), Social Insurance number and date of birth.
